Original title: the "gorgeous turn" of a small town: the sea of oil sunflower beautifies the suburbs of Beijing
In the golden autumn, more than 100 mu of oil sunflowers are opened in the waterfront ecological park, Xiagezhuang Town, Pinggu District, Beijing.

Waterfront ecological park used to be a breeding community with private construction and cross flow of sewage. After the improvement of the living environment in October 2018, it turned into a "natural oxygen bar", planted plants such as Xifu Begonia, hawthorn, locust, green peach and Magnolia, and became a good place for people's fitness and leisure.

In the summer of 2021, Gezhuang town upgraded the waterfront ecological park again, planting nearly 200 mu of oil sunflower to help revitalize the countryside.
