According to the official account of WeChat, China's embassy in Russia, the Russian interior ministry announced that the Russian federal government is still reviewing the list of countries that have resumed shipping with Russia, and that foreign citizens who have lawfully resided in Russia, including those who have obtained legal residence status before September 30, 2021, will continue to suspend the calculation of the visa (short residence / long residence) period without delay.
According to Presidential Decree No. 364 of June 15, 2021, Chinese citizens who meet the following two types of conditions can continue to legally reside in Russia until 90 days after the resumption of navigation between China and Russia:
1. Persons whose visas expire after March 15, 2020;
2. The visa expires before March 15, 2020, but has obtained legal residence status (visa) before September 30, 2021.
