Original title: China successfully elected!
The national forestry and grass administration announced on December 1 that China has successfully elected a member of the International Coordinating Council of the man and biosphere program (mAb) at the 41st General Conference of UNESCO held in Paris recently.
Man and biosphere program is a large-scale intergovernmental science program officially launched by UNESCO in 1971. The International Coordinating Council is the highest coordinating body of man and biosphere program, which guides and supervises all the work of man and biosphere program. The International Coordinating Council has 34 members elected from UNESCO member states for a term of four years.
