On August 28 local time, the Chinese Embassy in the UK issued a notice that personnel from the UK to China must add a nucleic acid test seven days before boarding. Novel coronavirus pneumonia has been recovered from the recent global outbreak, and confirmed cases have been detected since the British departure to Chinese personnel. In order to further do a good job in epidemic prevention and control and ensure the health and safety of relevant personnel, according to the latest domestic prevention and control regulations, the system of adding nucleic acid detection and self-health monitoring for personnel departing from the UK to China seven days before boarding will be implemented from September 2, 2021. Specific requirements are as follows:
1、 Personnel from the UK to China shall conduct nucleic acid testing at the local regular testing institution on the 7th natural day before the departure of the flight from the UK (hereinafter referred to as & ldquo; First test (& rdquo;). For example, if the flight leaving the UK takes off on a Friday (subject to the date of the itinerary), the passenger shall conduct the first inspection at the local regular inspection institution on the Friday of the previous week. If the result is positive, please report the health code according to the procedure of personnel with infection history after recovery. If the result is negative, please keep the test report properly and upload it together with other materials when applying for health code.
2、 Please download and print the self health status monitoring form at the end of this notice in advance (if there is no printing equipment, it can also be drawn on white paper), carry out health monitoring for 7 consecutive days and fill in the form truthfully until the day of applying for health code. Please sign in the blank space at the bottom of the completed self health status monitoring form and mark the signing date. Take photos and upload them together with other materials when applying for health code.
3、 Previously, the provisions that personnel from the UK to China must go to the testing institution designated by the embassy and consulate for nucleic acid and antibody testing on or two natural days before the departure day of the flight from the UK remain unchanged.
4、 The first test and double test must be carried out in different institutions.
5、 Personnel whose departure date from the UK is on September 9 shall be tested for the first time on September 2, and those whose departure date from the UK is on or after September 10, and so on. If the departure date of a flight from the UK is on or before September 8, only continuous health monitoring, filling in the self health status monitoring form and double testing are required, and the first testing is not required.
